Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the cleanup and notify you when we’re finished.

Do I need a credit card?

No. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Weekly service does not require upfront payment and is paid at the end of the month. One-time and monthly cleanups are paid after the service is completed. If anything was missed, let us know and we’ll come back and make it right.
 
Can my dog be in the yard during service?

Yes, friendly dogs can usually stay outside during service. If your dog is aggressive or uncomfortable around strangers, we ask that you please keep them inside or securely put away during the cleanup.

How do you dispose of the waste?

Waste is typically placed in your designated outdoor trash receptacle. If you’d prefer off-site removal, that can be arranged for an additional charge.
 
What if it rains?

We work in most weather conditions. In extreme weather, we will reschedule and notify you.

Do you clean large yards?

Yes. Larger yards or heavy buildup may have an additional fee, which we’ll discuss with you beforehand.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Zelle or cash.
 
Can I change or cancel my service?

Yes. You can change or stop your service at any time.
